Bottled Water: Good or Bad?


If you think that bottled water is typically safer in comparison to tap water, thing again! One must stay aware about the fact that, more than 50% of the bottled water does originate from taps. Hence, purchasing bottled water is similar to throwing money in the trash. On an average, bottled water ranges from $0.89 per gallon to $8.26 per gallon; this is thousand times expensive than tap water.
However, we simply cannot regret the concept of bottled water when it comes to rising concerns about hygiene. Moreover, demand for safe drinking water is another prominent issue which has motivated governments to closely analyze the production of bottled water.

Rising Demand for Bottled Drinking Water
The rise of health conscious population across the globe is seen as one of the major reasons which has pushed the bottled water market. Many of the leading bottled water manufacturers are focused at the introduction of fresh products, with different flavors as well as health benefits. Interestingly, the consumers are cherishing these new products which is supported by factors like better taste merged with functional benefits.

Limitations to Bottled Water
